Payment and System Delivery Policy

Payment and Refund Policy:

 

• The following payment policy applies:

   

  1. Project cost equal to or less than US$800 - Full payment must be paid in advance

   

  2. Project cost greater than US$800 - A minimum 50% deposit (or no less than US$800) must be paid in advance.

   

  3. The user testing and acceptance period is limited to 2 - 3 weeks. The outstanding balance is expected to be paid immediately after this period provided that the database software is fully installed and accepted.

   

  Our secure on-line order form can accept a large number of credit cards.

   

• All payments are not refundable.

 

System Delivery Policy:

 

• Once the payment is approved, we will inform you by e-mail of the expected completion date. This is normally between 1-3 weeks depending on the complexity of the system and our workload.

   

• All installations will be done by our staff via FTP. As a result, your server must offer full FTP or control panel access. If you have any doubt, please check with your own Web hosting company.

   

• We will offer 2 months free post-implementation technical support to fix up any known software bugs.
